We launched the programme to develop and grow talented colleagues across the group, we call these colleagues Accelerants. The programme immerses Accelerants in our culture through the use of high performance practices enabling them to both grow personally and professionally whilst driving and role modelling cultural change and transformation.

Corporate ArtworksThis ground breaking and progressive programme has been designed by a leadership development coach and an artist with a career spanning over 20 years. The programme takes colleagues on a unique and reflective journey towards being more innovative and creative at work. It promotes a deeper level of thinking and different ways of learning to support both professional and personal projects. In a digital age we believe that creativity and art is a powerful way of developing our people to meet the needs of an evolving business.

The apprenticeship scheme at CPP has been a really valuable experience for me. I didn’t know what to expect at first but I’ve been given the opportunity to get involved in so many projects. The exposure to the marketing and PA aspects of my role have given me a wider view of what the working world is like and where I want to take my career and development. I started my career here as a Customer Solutions Representative, progressing into other areas of Customer Support through opportunities that became available. Mehmet Gorguz – Finance Director, Turkey
I joined CPP in December 2017 as Finance Director in Turkey. My role involves developing and controlling the company’s annual operating budget. We are very lucky to be continually developing ourselves at CPP and since joining I have graduated from the company's Accelerant programme.
