Our partnership with BoCom to deliver a 24/7 online card loss reporting service via its banking app in China has generated over 100,000 new customers since July.
Long standing partnerships in growth markets
Strong relationships with large scale Financial Services brands including Bajaj Finserv, SBI Cards, Axis Bank and ICICI Bank delivered significant year-on-year growth in our Indian business.

We extended our relationships across the Group with partners, including AXA, whilst expanding the breadth of product, acquisition and contact support services to Denizbank in Turkey.
Our focus on developing an innovative and collaborative culture saw us win the ‘Turnaround’ category at the Yorkshire Post ‘Excellence in Business Awards’ with honourable mentions in the global ‘INSURETECH 100’ list for Blink Innovation.
The acquisition of insurance broker, Business & Domestic Insurance Services has added over 20,000 customers since September.
